Sugey Bedoya Aguirre is a highly experienced Clinical and Sports Psychologist with a diverse background in both individual therapy and high-performance sports psychology. Fluent in Spanish and English, she has worked in the field for over two decades, providing psychological support to athletes, teams, and individuals aiming to optimize mental well-being and performance.
She is the founder and director of CSP Clinical and Sports Psychology and the author of Ralentizar para Avanzar ("Slow Down to Move Forward"), a book on the mental strategies required for both personal and athletic growth.
